Robert and I first worked together when he provided voice work for several dub projects at ADV. He quickly became one of those people you can’t live without. He has a voice like no other and is supremely enjoyable to work with a well. You don’t often get the whole package that way. He is generous with ideas and patient as you find the exact thing you’re looking for.
As a testament to how much I enjoyed working with Robert in the recording studio, I’ve sought him out since then for film and video projects. All I can say is everything I loved about working with him before is only multiplied when you add visuals to the audio. And he’s remains one of the most enjoyable people to work with.
I don’t foresee any future project when I would not look for a way to include Robert in it. He’s on my short list of go-to people.
And he can sing, too.
